Terms Of Service

Unyson.AI provides an interface for coordinating third-party AI models. Responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

You must not use Unyson.AI for illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or prohibited activities, or in a way that violates the policies of OpenAI, xAI, Google, Anthropic, Dropbox, Stripe, or any other connected provider.

Paid subscriptions, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, invoices, and payment collection are processed through Stripe. Access to plans, token allowances, and debate limits may change as the service evolves.

No-refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our AI services, no refunds will be issued after purchase except for significant, company-attributed service failures.

Refunds may only be considered where Unyson.AI is directly responsible for a significant, prolonged service failure that prevented meaningful use of paid features.

You must accept these Terms, including the no-refund policy, when creating an account and again before completing any paid checkout. See the full Refund Policy for complaint handling.

Unyson.AI may suspend or restrict access where needed to protect users, comply with law, prevent misuse, enforce provider policies, or maintain service security and availability.
