Privacy Notice

Unyson.AI stores account details, saved chats, projects, subscription status, token usage, answer feedback, response preferences, and any connected Dropbox metadata needed to provide the service.

User prompts, attached files, images, relevant project history, and Dropbox excerpts may be sent to selected third-party AI providers including OpenAI, xAI, Google, and Anthropic so they can generate responses. These providers process data under their own terms and policies.

Dropbox refresh tokens are encrypted before storage. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Unyson.AI.

You can request support, correction, or deletion assistance by contacting info@switchedon.company. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, billing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
