If you need help with your account, billing, Dropbox connection, AI responses, or saved projects, contact Unyson.AI support at info@switchedon.company.

Please include the email address on your account, a short description of the issue, and any relevant chat or project name. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment card details, or other secrets by email.

For billing issues, you can also manage your subscription from Settings. Stripe handles secure card storage, invoices, plan changes, and cancellation flows.

Refund and billing complaints

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our AI services, no refunds will be issued after purchase except for significant, company-attributed service failures.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with AI output, or routine provider outages. If you email about a refund:

  • Include your account email and the charge date or Stripe invoice reference.
  • Describe any significant, company-attributed service failure (not model quality preferences).
  • Allow up to 5 business days for review. Approved exceptions are rare and at our sole discretion.
  • Do not file a card chargeback before contacting us — this may suspend your account during review.
