Unyson.AI is an orchestration interface for third-party AI providers. It does not represent ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, or Claude as proprietary Unyson.AI technology.

User prompts and conversation context may be sent to OpenAI, xAI, Google, and Anthropic when those providers are enabled. Their responses are generated by their respective models and are subject to their terms, content policies, availability, and rate limits.

Users must not use Unyson.AI for prohibited, harmful, illegal, or policy-violating activity. The service is designed to continue with available providers when a model is unavailable, blocked, or rate limited.

Account, chat, and project data are stored to provide saved conversations and project recall. Deployments should maintain an appropriate privacy notice, lawful basis for processing, deletion/export workflows, security controls, and any other obligations required under GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws.

Provider policies and legal requirements can change. Unyson.AI should be monitored and updated as needed to remain compliant.
